You can create your one sheet using Google Docs or Word. But Canva has many template options. Just search for “one sheet” and choose a template to use. You might get options for a resume but just choose a template you can easily work with.

What to put on your podcast one sheet
It’s important to put only the most relevant information on your one sheet. Create a clean One Sheet that hits the main points you want to get across to the host. That said here are the basic parts of a one sheet:
- A short bio (you can always create a link if you want to give the host more info about your background.
- Your own media: A book, podcast, or any other media you’ve created
- The topics you want to discuss
- Suggested questions hosts can ask you
- Your contact: All your contact and social media details that can fit neatly
